Training Your Mind to Stay Younger
When you do the same things your brain gets lazy. So shake up your mind by doing some things that you normally do not do. Brush your teeth with the opposite hand for two minutes. It will feel awkward but if you switch hands every other day your left/right brain balance will get better. If you play the piano with right handed dominance try putting your right hand behind your back and play the piece with your left hand. If you answer the telephone with the right hand switch to the left. Say the alphabet backwards. Send at least two handwritten notes each month.
